1. What you're buying
OutlookSafeList sells a downloadable, self-serve PowerShell toolkit under two license tiers — a one-time purchase, not a subscription, including 12 months of updates (bug fixes and re-validation as Microsoft's APIs shift).
2. License tiers
- Personal ($99) — your own mailbox, or any mailbox you administer within one organization.
- Consultant ($249) — everything in Personal, plus unlimited client tenants.
There is no subscription tier and no separate support tier — both licenses receive the same support and the same 12 months of updates.
3. How delivery works
After payment via Stripe, you're redirected to a download page with your toolkit zip, a SHA256 hash to verify it, and documentation. The download link is unlisted and rotates per release — that's link-rotation, not a payment-enforcement mechanism.
4. What the toolkit does and doesn't do
The toolkit mutates your live Exchange Online mailbox settings only after you explicitly review a change plan and type "apply." Every run is snapshotted before and after. Recency Prune removals are restorable via the included restore script; Consolidate removals currently are not.
5. No warranty
The toolkit is provided "as is." We test against real Microsoft 365 environments before each release, but Microsoft's APIs can change without notice.
