1. Introduction
Welcome to OutlookSafeList ("we," "our," or "us"), a product of Sweetview Partners, Inc. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit outlooksafelist.com or purchase the OutlookSafeList toolkit — and, just as importantly, what we never see.
2. What we do NOT collect
OutlookSafeList is a self-serve PowerShell toolkit you run yourself, against your own Microsoft 365 mailbox, using your own Microsoft sign-in. No mailbox data, email content, or Safe Senders list ever leaves your computer or reaches us. We have no server that touches your mailbox, because nothing is hosted on our end.
3. Information we do collect
- Purchase data — Stripe collects your name, email, and payment details directly through Stripe's own hosted checkout. We never see or store your card number. Stripe passes us your email and order reference so we can deliver your download link.
- Technical data — standard website analytics if enabled (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
- Support email — correspondence with team@outlooksafelist.com is kept to help you.
4. How we use it
To deliver your purchased download link, SHA256 verification hash, and documentation; to respond to support requests; to honor the 14-day refund guarantee; to send update information for your 12 months of included updates.
5. Third-party services
Stripe (payment processing) and Cloudflare (website hosting). We do not use SMS/MMS messaging, and we do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data we hold about you (your email and order reference) by emailing team@outlooksafelist.com.
